My friend Adrianne's recipe... I love it a little too much.
1 pkg. frozen spinach thawed
1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped tiny (I used a can)
8 oz. Philly cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 stick butter
Sauté onions... in butter (i just put them in crock pot for about 20 min) - put in crock pot and heat
Easy and yummy (and horrible for you... which makes it even better :)
