Ham and Egg Casserole

My kids like eggy things, and I like quichey things, so this is a winner.

1 can crescent rolls
package of cubed ham
9 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded montery jack cheese
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. pepper

spread crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9x13 dish. pinch the seams together. Evenly cover with ham, then cheese. Beat the eggs, milk and pepper and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes until done!

if you want it less carby, make it without the crust.

for my husband, i sprinkle jalepenos over half before baking. he likes spicy.

parking a link

Because I don't want to lose this.

I have a great spot for something like this.

I also want to make new bedding for our room at some point and that blog has lots of ideas for that.

Excited.

Just need more time and more $$.
